I was concerned about what to do when my sump pump fails. Since I wouldn’t know when it fails until I found water in my mechanical room, I wanted to get some kind of alarm system and replace/add a new sump pump. I did some reading online and folks were suggesting that is better to go through a plumbing company vs just buying items online due to warranty and reliability concerns. Specifically, the comment I saw numerous times was that the quality of the pump sold through the likes of Amazon, Lowes, etc was not as good as what might be available through a plumber. I appreciated the guidance B & B provided as I looked into the options available to me.

I would strongly recommend B & B to all my family and friends! I walked into the showroom on a budget and Hermina helped me find a beautiful faucet for my kitchen in my budget. She made valuable suggestions for me and what would work in my kitchen. They had to work around my contractors, not knowing when we would need them. I called them the day before and they worked me in the very next day! When Jeb came to install, he was super personable and very meticulous in the installation of my faucet. He even left the place cleaner than when he came!
