OFFICE MANAGER (full-time)

B&B Plumbing & Heating, in Sioux Center, is looking for someone to join our team in the shared role of Office Manager in a full-time position.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Quickbooks & Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills
  • 3 Years prior bookkeeping/payroll experience
  • Proven experience as Office Manager or Administrative Assistant
  • Knowledge of Plumbing & HVAC is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone
  • General administrative functions
  • Assisting customers
  • Preparing bids/invoices
  • Ordering inventory
  • Assisting customers with product options
  • Filing sales tax, payroll taxes, income reports
