Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Administrative Assistant to support our New Construction department. This role involves working directly with homeowners to assist them in planning plumbing selections for their new homes, while
providing administrative support to our team.
Key Responsibilities
– Schedule and coordinate appointments with homeowners and builders
– Assist customers with planning plumbing selections
– Prepare and process documentation, proposals, and change orders
– Maintain organized job files and update project tracking systems
– Communicate with project managers, suppliers, and field staff
– Handle incoming calls and emails
– Provide excellent customer service
– Process of warranty claims and rebates
Qualifications
– Previous administrative experience
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Comfortable working directly with customers
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
– Ability to manage multiple projects
Preferred Skills
– Knowledge of plumbing and heating systems (training provided)
– Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
