Water Heaters
We sell several brands of residential and commercial water heaters. We can service and repair most any brand.
Residential Water Heaters
Bradford White and AO Smith natural gas or LP tank type water heaters in 30, 40, 50, or 75 gallon capacity. They have standard venting or power side wall venting. The tank warranties range from 6 to 10 years.
Bradford White and AO Smith electric tank type water heaters in 2 1/2 to 80 gallon capacities, with warranties ranging from 6 years to 10 years.
We also offer a full range of electric and gas instantaneous, tankless water heaters. The primary brands are Rinnia and Navien.

Water Softeners:
Aqua Magic
Time Clock: regenerates at a predetermined number of days.
Metered: regenerates based on amount of water used.
Metered Twin Tank Systems: supply endless soft water. When one softener tank is depleted based on gallons used, it switches to the second tank, and at that time regenerates the depleted tank. A single tank version is more commonly used in the residential setting. The demand metering feature still measures soft water used and would then regenerate the coming night. The most competitive cost softeners regenerate at night.
Commercial water softeners come in many capacity sizes and flow rates.
